Code of Conduct

The Student Code of Conduct, included in the Student Handbook, is where you'll find the non-academic policies and prodedures applying to you as a student of Florida State University. As a member of the FSU community, each student is responsible and held accountable for his or her actions both on and off campus.

The Student Code of Conduct applies principles found in the "Statement of Values at Florida State University" by promoting responsible freedom for all students. The Code seeks to apply the principle of responsible freedom as it guides the conduct of FSU students. Responsible freedom is excercised when actions are directed by ethical standards.
